it depends on your head, try getting it fitted
id say a 7 and 1/8 – 7 and 3/8

it depends on your size when i was 14 i was around 6 feet 180 lbs so i always used a 33 inch 30 oz bat. if your smaller but stronger i would suggest a 33 30 but if not i would go with a 32 29

I am 16 and play varsity baseball I swing a 32. You should probably swing a 30 or 31.
