Legion baseball: Will Windsor Locks take rivals by storm?
WINDSOR LOCKS — The Windsor Locks American Legion baseball team is hoping to take the state tournament by storm. After a loss to Willimantic on July 7 dropped its Zone 8 record to 11-7, Windsor Locks coach Rusty Mattesen pulled out some old uniforms with the team name “Storm” on them.
