My son had one of those long baseball bags last year and it was difficult to fit his batting helmet inside. This bag has plenty of room for the helmet as well as any other baseball equipment he might need. It’s so much easier to organize the equipment in this backpack as well, with the bats in the pouches on the side. A great bag.
